The Advanced Practice Provider will deliver direct primary care health services, maintaining an independent clinic schedule and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary health care team and supervising physicians. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ensuring quality assurance through chart reviews.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree with appropriate National Certification (APRN or PA) and hold current Ohio licensure, including prescriptive authority for PAs. Essential requirements involve demonstrating advanced medical knowledge, sound clinical judgment, professionalism, and the ability to utilize evidence-based practice in patient care.
