The role involves providing exceptional, loving, and thoughtful care to a vulnerable population of seniors within a homelike environment at Hearthside Manor. The caregiver will be part of a team dedicated to enriching residents' lives and exceeding expectations for care.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and successfully pass a criminal background check. While prior experience as a caregiver or in an assisted living setting is a plus, it is not strictly required.
