The Medication Technician is responsible for accurately administering medications and providing direct care to residents. They must monitor resident conditions, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with state regulations.
Candidates must hold an active Nursing Assistant Certification (NAC) or Home Care Aide (HCA) Certification. Experience in assisted living or memory care is preferred, along with strong attention to detail and a compassionate mindset.
