The role involves providing proficient professional nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, adhering to established care standards under physician direction. The nurse must contribute to a safe and therapeutic environment centered on patient needs while treating everyone with consideration for their background and in a professional manner.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing and possess a Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License and Basic Life Support certification, with a Multi-State Compact RN License also required. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with one year of experience in the clinical specialty area and general experience in an outpatient/ambulatory setting, preferably with EPIC EMR.
Provides professional nursing care at the proficient level which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with care standards, under the direction of a licensed physician or other licensed medical professional. Contributes to a safe and therapeutic environment that is centered on the needs of the patients, caregivers and others demonstrating concern for the patient's privacy, comfort, and emotional state. Treats patient with consideration to age, race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, socioeconomic background, and culture in a caring, ethical, and professional manner.
Education Other Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Required Bachelor's Degree Preferred
