The coordinator implements therapeutic care, training, and habilitation for adults with Intellectual Disabilities, working as part of a team to provide care and pursue desired activities at the facility. Essential functions include providing transportation and supervision for individuals in community settings while supporting skill development, community participation, and self-advocacy.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and have the ability to transport themselves to the facility daily using an insured vehicle. Applicants must also maintain a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License, pass required criminal history and fingerprint clearances, and be able to assist with moving individuals or supplies up to 30 pounds.
