The Residential Counselor is responsible for developing and implementing individualized service plans for residents, providing direct counseling, and supervising recreational and social activities. They also provide crisis intervention and transport residents to appointments as needed.

We are currently seeking a Full Time Residential Counselor for our MCG Adult Residential program located in Jersey City, NJ.
Our Residential Programs serve individuals who are referred primarily from the State and County Hospitals and who are ready for discharge into the community. MCG has had success in moving individuals along the continuum of care available, progressing from A+ group homes to less supervised levels.
