The Oncology Pharmacist is responsible for accurately preparing and dispensing medication orders, providing drug information, and monitoring patient therapy. They also ensure safe medication therapies and participate in quality improvement activities.
Candidates must have a B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. and at least one year of experience with chemotherapy and related therapies. A valid pharmacist license in Connecticut is required, with preference for institutional experience.
