How you’ll make an impact in this role Deliver high-quality, direct nursing care for adult patients with complex GI and Vascular needs, ensuring every action aligns with the highest safety standards. Monitor and communicate real-time patient conditions to the care team, enabling swift clinical decisions and personalized adjustments to care plans. Execute physician and nursing orders with precision, ensuring medical interventions are translated into tangible recovery milestones. Prepare patients and their families for a successful transition home by leading comprehensive discharge planning and education.
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
