The Clinical Laboratory Assistant (CLA) is responsible for performing basic laboratory functions across all areas of the laboratory. These tasks must be executed in strict accordance with current manuals, policy updates, and supervisor communications.
A minimum requirement for this role is a High School diploma or GED. An Associate degree or higher, particularly with an emphasis on chemical or biological sciences, is preferred.
