Candidates must have an active independent OH LCSW license and at least 2 years of experience in substance use treatment. A commitment to high-quality, compassionate care and the ability to work some evenings is also required.

What You’ll Do Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum. Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework. Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches. Monitor member progress and document outcomes. Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members. Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission.
What You’ll Bring Licensure required: Must have an active, independent OH LCSW Licensure preferred: New Mexico LCSW Experience: 2+ years of experience leading groups in a substance use treatment setting. Tech-savvy: comfortable with EMRs, telehealth platforms, and Google Workspace. Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care. Ability to work some evening hours to support member schedules.
