The CNA-NAR (Float) is responsible for providing direct resident care and promptly reporting any changes in resident condition to an RN or LPN while accurately charting in the POC system. This role also requires demonstrating effective time management and prioritization of assigned tasks.
Candidates must maintain good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or equivalent entity and possess good communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and communicate in English. A requirement for this position is the ability to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as needed, along with holding a BLS Certification.
Overview The PT Assistant is responsible for providing treatment for residents/patients under the physical therapy plan of care as established by the therapist.
Also interacts with residents/patients, family members, responsible party and other health care team members, while maintaining standards of professional conduct. This position must comply with regulatory standards of the American Association of Physical Therapy, the Department of Health, and any other professional guidelines or standards.
