Provide high-quality, person-centered hands-on support to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities. Implement Individualized Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans (BSP) while monitoring the physical and emotional health of clients.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with insurance, and the ability to pass background checks. Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and obtain certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration.

Direct Support Professionals at Community Support Services provide high quality, person centered, hands on support to individuals with a variety of developmental and/or physical disabilities. Hands-on support includes assistance in all activities of daily living as identified by an individual’s habilitation team. These supports may include, but are not limited to, daily cleaning responsibilities, meal preparation, maintenance and administration of medications, transportation, assistance with personal hygiene and companionship.
