Outpatient Internal Medicine clinic at one central location Clinic hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM no nights or weekends Full-time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access Shared 1:7 call triaged through MyNurse and phone call only. Average 18-22 patients per day Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care Access and manage acute and chronic conditions Screen all patients for health maintenance needs, physicals, disease prevention, immunizations, birth control, and educate patients in health promotion, Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills
