12 hour shifts Average patients per day: 74 patients Annual visit volume: 20,000-25,000 16 private treatment rooms: including 2 advanced trauma rooms, behavioral health rooms and a gynecology room Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent work/life balance with flexible scheduling
