Hospitalists self-schedule 15- 16 shifts per month 12-hour rounding shift;s 7a-7p 10-hour admitting shifts; staggered: 11a-9p, 12p-10p, 3p-1a 6-hour admitting shift; 5p-11p Overnights; 9p-7a Open ICU with intensivist availability to consult Full spectrum of specialty support available
