Job Description

Key Responsibility · Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients in an outpatient clinic setting. · Perform routine and chronic disease management (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, COPD, heart disease). · Conduct physical exams, preventive care, and wellness visits. · Diagnose and treat acute medical conditions commonly seen in an ambulatory setting. · Order, interpret, and follow up on labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies. · Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and evidence‑based guidelines. · Manage medication therapy, refills, and adjustments.
