The physician will provide primary care services to patients in an established clinic setting, averaging 17-20 patients per day. Responsibilities include performing general procedures, coordinating patient care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine. Applicants must also be able to obtain an unrestricted medical license in the state of Wisconsin.
Average of 17-20 patients per day; no nights or weekends (Extended clinic hours 7AM-5:30PM) 1.0 FTE = 36 Patient contact hours per week + administrative time Shared call amongst the providers. Currently 1:17 clinic only – Triaged through MyNurse Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve General procedures such as joint injections, skin excisions, lacerations, casting, etc. Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills
