Fitchburg established team of 2 physicians and 1 Advanced Practitioner Stoughton established team of 1 Physician Established practice serving both communities Position will be split between both locations, with a dedicated patient panel.

Opportunity to practice outpatient medicine in an established and well-known clinics Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the community Full-time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access 24/7 hospitalist program is responsible for adult inpatients Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination

Responsibilities

Position will be split between both locations, with a dedicated patient panel. Average of 17-20 patients per day; no nights or weekends (Extended clinic hours 7AM-5:30PM) 1.0 FTE = 36 Patient contact hours per week + administrative time Shared call amongst the providers; Phone call only - triaged through MyNurse line. Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve General procedures such as joint injections, skin excisions, lacerations, etc. Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

MD or DO Board Eligible or Board Certified in FM Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Wisconsin Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt) We offer Initial 2-year salary guarantee with ability to exceed on an innovative compensation program Attractive incentive package A competitive Total Rewards program offers benefits that align with your needs and priorities, no matter what stage of life you are in. Requirements

Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and be board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine. Applicants must also be able to obtain an unrestricted medical license in the state of Wisconsin.
