Provide compassionate routine daily nursing care and service to assigned residents according to care plans. Assist residents with hygiene, meal preparation, and food intake recording while participating in certification training.
Candidates must be at least 16 years old with a minimum of a 10th grade education, though a high school diploma or GED is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience in shared decision-making are required.
Description Summary The Resident Assistant provides services to assigned residents in accordance with care plans, facility policies and procedures and at the direction of supervisor(s).

Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to obtain certification as a Nursing Assistant Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath and other care functions as necessary. Prepare residents for meals and serve food, record intake of food and fluids. All other duties as assigned.
