Candidates must have a current Missouri RN or LPN IV-Certified license and previous Med Surg or related experience is preferred. BLS certification and EMR experience are also required.

What to expect as a Med Surg RN/LPN: Prioritize and deliver care to a team of assigned patients in a fast-paced environment. Be proficient with clinical skills and assessments, critical thinking skills, and time management. Work in a teamwork environment. Use critical thinking, excellent clinical assessment and communication skills. Be able to deliver personal, compassionate care and have excellent customer service skills. Average nurse patient ratio 1:5.
Current Missouri RN license or current Missouri LPN IV-Certified license. Previous Med Surg (1-3 years preferred) or related experience desired. BLS certification required. Previous EMR (Electronic Medical Record) experience required. Your next move:
