Under the direct supervision of an RN, LVN, and/or LPT, the Mental Health Worker is responsible for implementing programs for patients and providing basic nursing care. This role may involve providing basic services to adult and geriatric patients.
Candidates must possess a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire. Additionally, Mandatory Assaultive Behavior (MAB) or Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification is required within 60 days of hire and must be renewed annually thereafter.
The posted pay scale represents the range the Company reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position. The actual wage for this position may depend on factors such as experience and education, specific skills and abilities, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, an applicable collective bargaining agreement, and Company business practices.

1. Current BLS required upon hire.
