The therapist will provide individual, couples, and family therapy services to adults, while collaborating with medical providers and referral sources to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Key duties include developing goal-oriented treatment plans and accurately documenting all services using evidence-based practices.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a relevant social science field and hold active Ohio licensure as an LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or IMFT. Required experience involves working with the adult population and familiarity with the DSM-5-TR and clinical documentation standards.
