The nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care while implementing age-specific safety and infection control measures. They must maintain continuity of care across shifts and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Candidates must have a Diploma or Associate degree in Nursing, with a BSN preferred. At least one year of clinical nursing experience or completion of an RN residency is required, with Mom/Baby experience strongly preferred.
