The Physical Therapist Assistant will implement individualized treatment plans using various therapy techniques, monitor patient progress, and communicate updates to the supervising therapist. Key duties also include documenting care accurately, educating patients and caregivers, and supporting discharge planning with referrals.
Candidates must possess an Associate's degree and be a graduate of a Physical Therapy Assistant Program, along with holding Physical Therapy Assistant licensure in the state. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required for this role.
