The physician will join a team of independent and dedicated family physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, focusing on outstanding patient care and experience within a clinician-owned and led group. Clinicians have the opportunity to focus solely on outpatient care or combine it with OB care and/or urgent care.
Physicians joining the Family Care Network - Bear Creek Family Medicine clinic located in Woodinville are offered a 15-month Associate Physician contract with total first-year compensation of $300,000. The compensation package includes a $260,000 annual base salary (pro-rated for less than full-time), a $30,000 signing bonus, and a $10,000 transition bonus. Upon satisfactory completion of the Associate period (which typically occurs in 12-15 months), the Physician will likely become eligible for co-ownership and receive approval to become a Member Physician.
