Iowa OT roles need licensed, hands-on candidates

In Iowa, occupational therapy roles are typically driven by steady demand in hospitals, rehab settings, schools, and home health, where licensed clinicians help patients regain daily function. These positions are competitive because employers look for a valid Iowa OT license, accredited training, CPR certification, and the physical ability to assist with transfers and lift up to 50 lbs. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your license status and tailor your application to the setting you know best.
