The RN provides professional nursing services and directs co-workers in implementing nursing care plans to maximize patient outcomes. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, developing care plans, evaluating outcomes, and educating patients and families.
Candidates must have a current Michigan RN license and various certifications including BLS and ACLS. An associate degree in nursing is required, with a BSN preferred, along with clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills.
