What You’ll Do

Care – aid with activities of daily living according to resident’s individualized Care Plan. Build – help form community among our resident population. Engage – assist with resident participation in activities/other community programming while respecting individual preferences and abilities. Collaboration – work with the Director of Nursing / Assistant Director of Nursing to bring life to the community. Requirements

What you bring: Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine interest in working with seniors. Obtain (or willingness to obtain) Direct Care Staff Certificate. Previous experience in a memory care or senior living setting preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet. Must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or a GED.
