The Conduct Specialist will work closely with individuals with behavioral and conduct disorders, providing necessary support, guidance, and interventions to enhance their social and emotional well-being. Key duties involve conducting behavior assessments, developing and implementing modification plans, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams.
Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of experience working with adults who have behavioral disorders and demonstrate a strong understanding of behavior modification principles and evidence-based interventions. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary team are essential.
Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling , or related field or 3 to 5 years experience Experience working in a community mental health setting Certification in behavior analysis (BCBA or BCaBA) Job Type: Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday (7:30 AM - 2:30 PM) Mileage Stipend Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance 401k Match Salary $23.00
