The primary role involves performing various imaging procedures, including CT and X-Rays, at a technical level without constant supervision. Essential duties include operating and maintaining imaging equipment, providing supportive patient care, and performing basic clinical procedures under physician direction.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or GED and graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology, along with state certification and ARRT registration in radiography. Preferred qualifications include an Associate’s degree, ARRT registration in computed tomography, and experience in CT and emergency room settings.
