The coordinator will manage ongoing care for adult and geriatric Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD) patients across the care continuum and provide supportive care to temporary and durable Mechanical Circulatory Support (MCS) patients using complex assessment skills. Responsibilities also include providing clinical consultation and education to staff and physicians, acting as a liaison, and managing MCS program protocols and documentation, including ELSO registry data.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and have three years of critical care experience. Required licensure includes a Registered Nurse license in Idaho by the start date and in Oregon within six months, along with current Basic Life Support (BLS/HCP) certification.
