The Inboxologist will support Family Medicine Physicians by efficiently managing the EPIC in Basket, which includes reviewing and acting on patient messages, lab results, and diagnostic results to increase patient satisfaction. This role involves triaging urgent needs, ordering clinical items like prescriptions and referrals, providing clinical guidance, and accurately documenting all actions in the EHR.
Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of experience as a provider in either Family Medicine or Urgent Care, including independent management of common lab and diagnostic results across all age groups. Applicants are required to have graduated from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program and hold a current CPR Certification.

Interpret diagnostic test results and apply findings to disease management, coordinating care within scope of practice Supports the practice through efficient and timely management of provider in-basket tasks, helping to enhance patient satisfaction Reviews and respond to patient messages, lab results, and diagnostic reports Triage and respond to urgent messages, results, and other time-sensitive clinical needs Manage clinical orders, including prescription refills, lab orders, screening and diagnostic requests, and making referrals as authorized Communicate with patients by providing clinical guidance and coordinating care related to test results, medication requests, and treatment-related questions Accurately document all actions and communications in the EHR Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing as a provider in Family Medicine or Urgent Care Experience and ability to work independently, managing commonly performed lab and diagnostic results across the lifespan-from infants to geriatric patients Graduate of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program or an accredited Physician Assistant program Current CPR (BLS) Certification Eligible for licensure in the state of Pennsylvania Benefits: Competitive compensation Free medical, dental, long-term disability and life insurance Malpractice coverage through FTCA (no out-of-pocket cost) Paid professional dues CME allowance ($2,000 + 40 hours annually) PTO & holiday time-off 403(b) Retirement plan with employer match Eligible for state and federal loan repayment Keystone Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer Keystone Health is a well-established, community-based, non-profit organization that delivers high-quality health care to individuals and families with and without insurance.
