Keystone Behavioral Health LPN Monday - Thursday, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm; Fridays 8:30 am - 5:00 pm No Weekends and No Holidays Keystone Behavioral Health is seeking a full time LPN to join the team.
This position is responsible for processing medication requests—both online and walk‑in—as well as completing medication reconciliation.
The role also assists with prior authorizations and works closely with providers to ensure that all medication requests and Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) checks are completed for each patient.
Completes other tasks such as phone calls, requesting medical records for new patients, referral tracking, lab and diagnosis tracking.
This position will also float to assist other nurses when needed.
The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task, be well organized, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Graduate of an Accredited Licensed Nursing program.
Basic typing/computer skills required.
Experience in office nursing a plus.
LICENSES and CERTIFICATION: Valid PA LPN License and current CPR Certification.
