The Hospice Aide assists with activities of daily living and provides personal care to patients following the individualized plan of care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role also involves attending Interdisciplinary Group meetings and may include assisting with office or administrative needs.
Required qualifications include a current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate, CPR certification, experience with electronic medical records, and a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and insurance. Preferred experience is in hospice, home health, or long-term care, or completion of hospice training.
