The Insurance Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with fee schedules, filing, and following up on insurance claims, including working aging claims. This role also involves answering patient questions regarding their insurance plans and performing other assigned duties.
The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in dental insurance claims and filing, along with familiarity with treatment presentation. Experience using Eaglesoft software is also required for this position.
