Monitors clinical status (ex. monitor pattern, vital signs, patient signs and symptoms.)
Interprets clinical data.
Acts in accordance with clinical data interpretation and physician orders.
Demonstrates proficiency in caring for the monitored patient.
Interprets diagnostic tests as they relate to patient care.
Responds appropriately in an emergency situation.
Demonstrates clinical proficiency in all unit specific competencies and mandatory requirements.
Completes criterion referenced competency checklists.
36 hours a week. Every other weekend & Holiday. Shift diffs applicable.
Work Shift: 7A-7P
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program. BSN preferred.
Previous experience with cardiac patients preferred. Previous hospital experience preferred.

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, possess State of Massachusetts RN licensure (or eligibility), and hold BLS and ACLS certifications. Previous experience with cardiac patients and in a hospital setting is preferred.
