The Speech Language Pathologist helps patients regain function by addressing communication and swallowing disorders through designing and executing effective therapy plans. This role involves delivering efficient rehab services, working closely with patients, and training caregivers to promote independence.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a similarly titled area acceptable to ASHA. Additionally, applicants are required to be licensed, certified, or credentialed as mandated by the state where they practice.

1. A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. 2. Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice.
