About the role

The physician will collaborate with a team of providers and support staff, participating in weekly Tumor Board meetings and engaging in clinical research and trials. Inpatient support is provided by a large Hospitalist team, and the role involves comprehensive onsite services including Hem/Onc, Rad/Onc Clinics, and the Infusion Center.

Established team of (2) Physicians, (2) APPs, (6) Clinical RNs, and (3) CMAs Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients and the community consisting of: RN Navigators, Dietitian, Social Worker, Research Nurse and more Comprehensive onsite services in one location to include: Hem/Onc, Rad/Onc Clinics, and Infusion Center Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination

Responsibilities

Collaborative team of Providers and Support Staff who participate in the weekly Tumor Board Clinic participates in clinical research and trials Large Hospitalist team providing inpatient support Trinity Breast Health Center is NAPBC accredited Board-Certified Radiation Oncologists Radiation Oncology services include: IMRT, IGRT, VMAT & SBRT (our linear accelerator program is well established) EMR - EPIC Inpatient & Ambulatory Prostate seed, genetic testing, breast and lung programs Community Outreach to include prevention and detection services

Qualifications

MD or DO Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Illinois Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt) J-1 waiver sponsorship available We Offer Initial 2-year salary guarantee of approximately $395,000 - $635,000 with the ability to exceed compensation and receive 100% of the upside on an innovative compensation program. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, internal equity, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on an individual’s qualifications. The pay range does not include other forms of incentives which may include bonuses or differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits that may be applicable to this role.
