Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based contract in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

This role supports a K–12 student population across multiple grade levels, providing speech and language services in a structured academic environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW This opportunity is ideal for SLPs who enjoy working in school settings, collaborating with educators, and supporting student development through individualized therapy and intervention plans.

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS • Contract Length

44 weeks (academic year)
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
Shift: Day shift, 5x7.5 (07:00–14:30)
Caseload: K–12 students
Travel between school sites may be required
All orientation hours billable

COMPENSATION • Gross

$2,588 per week
W2: $30.00 per hour
Tax-Free
Stipend: $1,463 per week

Clinical focus
Speech and language evaluations
Individualized therapy planning and delivery
IEP development and documentation
Collaboration with teachers and school staff
Student progress monitoring and reporting

Requirements

Active Colorado SLP License REQUIRED (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Asha ccc’s required
School-based or pediatric experience preferred

3 professional references REQUIRED (2 supervisory)
