  • CMA who excels in this role: Under the supervision of physician or nurse, assists with performing patient assessments and treatments. Performs basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection. Monitors and communicates changes in patient condition. Documents patient care given. Maintains equipment and medical supplies, including reordering, stocking, cleaning, and troubleshooting. Maintains examination areas. Performs administrative or clerical duties as assigned, including filing, reception, scheduling, data entry, and patient registration. Requirements

Candidates must possess critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision, while also being capable of functioning appropriately in a stressful environment. Required qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred), and obtaining CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification within 60 days of hire, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
