The Psychiatrist will diagnose mental health conditions using evidence-based tools and formulate comprehensive treatment plans, while also prescribing and managing psychotropic medications according to protocols. Responsibilities include collaborating with clinicians, maintaining accurate medical records, and acting as a collaborating physician for PMHNP colleagues.
Candidates must possess a clear, active, and unrestricted Physician license (MD/DO) in Pennsylvania and be board certified in psychiatry by the ABPN, along with active DEA registration. Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of clinical experience in an outpatient behavioral health setting and experience treating diverse age groups.

3+ years of clinical experience in an outpatient behavioral health setting Experience working with patients in different age groups, including children through geriatrics Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs) Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $225,000 to $393,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
