FTE: 0.900000 Standard Hours: 36.00 Shift: 1 Schedule: Tuesday - Thursday 6:45AM - 4:00PM at Harbor Town Campus, Friday 6:45am - 4:00pm at Sheboygan Campus Direct Role: This patient facing role is primarily responsible for performing hands on patient care and supporting providers while in clinic.
Typical daily duties include but are not limited to, interacting with our patients while performing standard rooming, taking vitals, administering vaccines, setting up and turning over rooms, specimen collection, and assisting providers as needed.
Completing patient refill requests, following our standard system refill protocol.

Compensation for the positions below is based on market and experience including those with active certification or licensure.
Licenses & Certifications and Educational Requirements Medical Assistant (MA): Education: High school diploma (or GED) required plus one of the following: Completion of an MA program, or Completion of an EMT-Basic course, or Trained on the job MA AND one year experience in health care, or Completion of an MA Apprentice program Certification: American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Providers (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent required within 90 days of hire.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and completion of an MA program, EMT-Basic course, or equivalent training. BLS certification is required within 90 days of hire, with specific certification requirements for the Senior MA role.
