The physician will provide a mix of obstetrics and gynecologic care across both inpatient and outpatient environments, adhering to a schedule that includes 25 patient contact office hours per week and half a day dedicated to surgery weekly. Call duties involve 2 restricted in-house shifts monthly and unrestricted call coverage at a 1:3 ratio.
Candidates must be Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology and possess an active or eligible Illinois medical license. Essential qualifications include excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills, coupled with a commitment to community-focused comprehensive women’s health services.
Position Description: Provide a mix of obstetrics and gynecologic care in both inpatient and outpatient settings Schedule: 25 patient contact office hours/week, surgery 1/2 day each week (outside patient office contact hours) Call Schedule: 2 restricted in house call shifts each month, unrestricted call 1:3 (one day during week and every 3rd weekend) Average Deliveries: 7-12 per month per physician Clinic Volume: 20 patients per session Robotics: Available EMR: Epic Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including midwives, nurses, and support staff Base Salary: $350,000 - $425,000 + productivity bonus

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $350,000-425,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
