$106 / HOUR
Provide direct personal care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients with acute and chronic illnesses in an urgent care setting. Responsibilities include performing physical exams, ordering diagnostic tests, and formulating patient care management plans.
Requires certification as a Nurse Practitioner (with MN RN licensure) or a Physician Assistant (NCCPA certification) and BLS certification. Experience in rural clinic settings and sound knowledge of family medicine diagnosis and management are desired.

The Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner provides personal, direct care to patients with acute and/or chronic illnesses. The Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner assesses individuals using history, physical exam and appropriate diagnostic tests/x-rays. He/she formulates, implements and evaluates patient care management according to practice guidelines.
Duties: & Responsibilities:
1. Nurse Practitioner certification
and
1. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota
or
1. Certification by National Commission on Certifications of PAs (NCCPA) 2. BLS required
