The Cath Lab Tech performs direct and indirect functions in the Cardiac Cath Lab, assisting physicians and staff with clinical and technical aspects of cardiovascular care. This includes scrubbing, monitoring, and circulating during all invasive procedures in the Cath Lab and IVR, as well as managing inventory control.

The Cath Lab Tech performs direct and indirect functions in the Cardiac Cath Lab. Assists all Physicians/staff with clinical and technical aspects of cardiovascular care performs miscellaneous duties as assigned. Scrubs monitors and circulates in all invasive procedures in the Cath lab and IVR. (Invasive/surgical and interventional procedures) inventory control. Able to function on all cardiac alerts and STEMI cases.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologists program and possess a current ARRT License along with State of Florida General Radiographer certification. Required experience includes one year in hospital Radiology, with prior Special Procedures or Cath Lab experience being preferred.
