Albuquerque, NM 87110 Salary + Bonus Potential: $70,000 - $95,400 annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities) Reporting directly to the Clinical Manager The Job You’ll Do Part of an innovative and award-winning team, your day-to-day team will see you: Be a critical part of a collaborative team of behavioral and physical health clinicians committed to delivering exceptional patient care to all ages across the lifespan (pediatrics and adults).
• Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care.
• Provide brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g.
• Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g.
• Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy).
• The Right Fit Our most successful clinicians possess: Minimum Requirements – Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.) along with an active license (LMHC, LPCC, LMSW, LCSW, LAMFT, or LMFT) in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body.

• 200+ hours of PTO / Holiday per anniversary year which increases with tenure.

Salary Range

$70,000 - $95,400 annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities). You will receive no cost clinical supervision (for LMHC, LMSW, LAMFT) built in your workday. Combined with financial incentives, we intentionally align dollars to support the growth of our clinician, an investment unseen anywhere else in behavioral health. The investment doesn’t stop with learning as you will receive an automatic $5K salary increase after year one of participating in leadership program with an investment up to $10,000 following program completion after year two.
