• Description: Saint Joseph Medical Group has an excellent full time employment opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urology physician to join a practice located in Mishawaka, Indiana. Minutes away from the University of Notre Dame, Go Irish! This position will be employed by Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, a regional health system of Trinity Health. Selected candidates will have opportunity to serve as an affiliate professor with Loyola Medicine, which includes Loyola University Medical Center. This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to deliver high-quality, bread-and-butter urology care in a patient-centered, community setting with minimal call responsibilities and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

• You’ll Do: Provide outpatient general urology care with access to modern facilities Perform elective procedures with limited inpatient responsibilities Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care Enjoy minimal call obligations supported by a collegial team Help expand and develop the urology service line across the region Utilize DaVinci robotic technology for surgical cases when desired *Board Certification required within 5 years of Residency Program Completion. Saint Joseph Medical Group is offering an excellent compensation package for the right physician including: Competitive salary range in line with MGMA standards. Malpractice paid by corporation, including tail insurance. Health/dental/vision/disability/life insurance/retirement benefits. 27 days off per year; PLUS 5 additional days for CME. 7 paid holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and one floating holiday of your choice) Saint Joseph Medical Group is the employed arm of Saint Joseph Health System.
