Perform evaluations and provide ongoing direct patient care for children from birth to 18 years in inpatient and outpatient settings. Manage a diverse caseload and coordinate care with other multidisciplinary providers.
Must be a graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapist program and hold a current Alabama license. BLS certification is required within the orientation period, and experience in a pediatric setting is preferred.
Overview Pediatric physical therapist position working with a dynamic multidisciplinary team, in outpatient and inpatient settings. With experience, opportunities may be available in specialty areas, including NICU. Seeking a team-player with excellent communication skills, strong evidence-based practice, caring attitude towards all patients and their families, and effective time management / organization skills.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Experience required: Education: Graduate of physical therapist program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) required. Must have current Alabama license. Must receive Basic Life Support certification within orientation period. Prefer member of APTA.
