The role involves coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching, and providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel to maintain professional nursing standards within the assigned unit. The nurse must possess the necessary knowledge and skills to provide appropriate care for the regularly served age groups of patients.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent and hold current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Three months of experience is preferred, and applicants must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or obtain an exemption.

The Primary Care practice in Swansea, MA consists of 8 physicians and 5 advanced practice practitioners. High volume, quality focused and established practice with inclusion of Population Health manager, Pharmacy, dedicated Practice Manager, EMR support and more.
