Provide guidance and supervision to residents in a women's recovery program to ensure compliance with policies. Oversee daily schedules, monitor medication intake, and lead rehabilitation groups within a trauma-informed environment.
Requires a valid driver's license and knowledge of substance use and co-occurring disorders within a recovery home model. Candidates must be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid and Narcan certifications.

Reports To: Recovery Specialist Supervisor
Provide guidance and direction to residents and oversee resident activities to ensure conformance with program policies. Participate in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the program milieu support the culture of recovery and is both trauma and gender informed.
